The team behind the thermostat
Heating and cooling since 2011 — same owner, same phone number, same rule: never sell a system the house doesn't need.
Our story
Built one honest inspection at a time
Thermaline started in 2011 with one van, one toolbox, and a founder who had spent a decade watching the other kind of HVAC company at work — scaring homeowners into systems they didn't need, quoting one price and invoicing another, and vanishing when the warranty card got tested.
The business plan was to do the opposite: measure everything, photograph what we find, put every price in writing before the panel comes off, and tell homeowners when their system is actually fine. 15 years and 4,800+ systems later, most of our work comes from referrals and Comfort Club renewals — the cheapest marketing there is, and the only kind you can't buy.
Today we run stocked service trucks and dedicated install teams across the Columbus metro, with the same standard on a $240 capacitor swap as on a whole-home heat pump conversion: diagnosed, documented, and warrantied.

The team
People who answer when the furnace doesn't
No call centers, no revolving-door sales reps. These are the people whose names go on your service paperwork.
Ray Delgado
Founder & Owner
Fixed his first furnace at nineteen in his uncle's shop; founded Thermaline in 2011 with one van and a rule — never sell a system the house doesn't need. Still rides along on install days.
Maya Brooks
Service Manager
Runs dispatch, triage, and the Comfort Club schedule. If your no-heat call at 9 PM turned into a warm house by midnight, Maya routed the truck that did it.
Terrence Cole
Lead Installation Technician
NATE-Certified
NATE-certified across air conditioning, heat pumps, and gas furnaces. Terrence commissions every major install personally — refrigerant charge, static pressure, combustion analysis, all recorded before handoff.
